We are looking for candidates that are a college graduate, has previous experience in the recruiting industry OR has previous SALES experience in an emerging industry.
We provide you with the recruiting industries most progressive training, tools and technology to assist you in developing your business. You will learn the formula that has helped Management Recruiters International Executive Search Consultants become highly compensated, respected professionals in the industry.
Business development: Recruiters have the opportunity to build their own business from the ground up, with the autonomy to choose their preferred industries and verticals. Recruiters earn commission on all their own job orders, even if they give it to another recruiter to fill. Reach out to potential hiring managers within target industries and build new sales relationships.
- Recruiting it is a sales business. You will be contacting potential employers and candidates regarding our services and then identifying and contacting candidates to fill our client’s positions.
- Strategizing with major organizations in developing their staffing needs and requirements.
- Negotiating fee structures with our clients and also negotiating salary guidelines with both our clients and candidates.
- Coordination of interview process.
- Coaching and mentoring both candidates and clients on interviewing techniques and strategies.
- Extensive work within an established database and daily use of internet tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other social medias.
- College degree required. Recent grad accepted who is not afraid of a challenge OR – previous recruiting experience running a full life cycle desk. OR have recent sales management experience.
- Extroverted. You have to like talking to people. Must be outgoing.
- Driven – self-motivated. We like candidates that have the competitive edge, and want to win!
