Bayside Search Group is a nationally recognized executive search firm located outside of downtown Tampa- off Bayshore in Hyde Park.
We are looking for Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help support our team of Recruiters and Business Development professionals to drive our continued success.
This role would be responsible for overseeing research projects, analyzing competitive industry trends, managing database maintenance, running reports, posting jobs and assisting in email campaigns and strategies.
In this position you will be responsible for working with our database, social media tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other recruiting tools.

- Update and maintain social media sites including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
- Research new companies and specific industries
- Create and execute mass email campaigns
- Train employees on the functions of social media
- Assist in scheduling of interviews, interviewing of candidates and follow up as needed
- Maintain database
- Compile general information for our recruiters such as company lists, association memberships and other non-recruiting information
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to interact effectively with coworkers and candidates
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Must be a self-starter and responsible
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent typing skills
- Must be resourceful
- Must be driven, self-motivated
