Larry founded Bayside Search Group in 1997 and provides executive direction, strategy and key client and talent management for the company. His retail background includes senior leadership positions in Store Operations, Merchandising, Store Development, Marketing and Advertising in specialty, variety and department store operations. His last position within the retail industry was President/CEO of a national specialty store operation. Within the retail recruiting industry he has been recognized for numerous awards within his affiliation along with being one of the “top producers” in the industry. He is committed to strong business ethics, responsiveness and “high-touch” attention to clients and candidates.
